Delay of mail delivery to North America and Europe

Delivery of international mail to North America and Europe is being delayed due to the volcanic eruption on the Kamchatka Peninsula.
At present, we are continuing to transport mail to these areas, but please be aware that, for the time being, international mail to these areas will take longer to be delivered.
