Trouble Regarding International Mail
Please check EMS Track & Trace first.
If the result of the delivery remains unknown or when the item is sent to a country where there is no tracking service, please apply for a search through submission of a Tracking Request Form in the Branch/Post Office from where the original item was sent. We will let you know the result after consulting the relevant Postal Company. You can download the Request Form and the Filling-out Example here. The acceptance period of a tracking request varies at each destination country. For more information, please refer to the International Mail Conditions (Japanese Version Only).
We cannot take a tracking request by phone. Please make a tracking request in the Branch/Post Office from where the original item was sent.
Please have the following documents with you when making a request.
- Any document or ID that can prove you are the sender or the addressee. (Example: Driver's License, Health Insurance Card)
- Receipt for EMS and sender's receipt
